getting error to install DirectX before AutoCAD
Overall Rating Communication Professionalism Message: I received an email that directed me to call 877.731.7171 with extension 1. When I called that I got a voice that told me that there was no one to answer the call and I should try again later. She (the recording) said 'Good bye.' and hung up on me. It was only after waiting for an operator to get on the line that we were able to talk to someone that was able to help us. Still working on resolving the issue.
