D3 Announces Expansion Into Little Rock, AR

March 20, 2006 – Springfield, MO - D3 TECHNOLOGIES announces the addition of a new office and training center in Little Rock, Arkansas. With D3’s broad technology leadership in the MCAD market, the Arkansas region is a welcome addition to the family of Team D3. D3 TECHNOLOGIES brings a dedicated mechanical industry focus to the CAD community in the region, providing clients with complete solutions to their software and industry applications. Team D3’s expertise provides a wide range of engineering help and assistance from 2D to 3D design and drafting and data management. In addition, D3 in Little Rock has been named an Autodesk Authorized Training Center, so the certified instructors in the area can provide clients with training on the latest software and updates.

Along with the new office come two highly skilled members, Eddie Finley and Steven Darcey. Steven is the Senior Application Engineer for the Little Rock office, and Eddie Finley is the Regional Sales Manager for the Arkansas area. 

As the Regional Sales Manager, Eddie provides the Little Rock area with expertise in finding the right solution for the manufacturing software industry. With a Mechanical Engineering degree, background as a Sales Engineer for the HVAC industry, and experience working in manufacturing design, Eddie is well qualified to represent Team D3 in the Arkansas area. Since he has been a member of the Arkansas community for over 15 years, he understands the region’s needs and will work to help clients find a solution that works best for them. As a talented new member of Team D3, Eddie is, “excited to represent a company that prioritizes customer support and training.” 

Steven Darcey, Senior Application Engineer for D3 in Little Rock, brings CAD technical support closer to the Arkansas area. As an expert in 3D design and engineering, Steven can manage and guide clients in the process of converting from 2D to 3D software, a much needed upgrade in the fast-growing MCAD community. With his extensive knowledge of Autodesk Inventor Series, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Mechanical, Mechanical Desktop, Solidworks, and Unigraphics, he can provide solutions to everyday mechanical problems as well as a total solution for the entire process. Adding to his already impressive resume, Steven has a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, and two years experience in designing dental equipment for ProDentec (an ISO and FDA certified company). Steven works hard to supply his customers with quick and reliable technical support and is excited about the challenges that await him in Little Rock.
