Kansas City, Missouri - February 20, 2014 - On Thursday, February 20th from 4pm until 8pm, D3 TECHNOLOGIES, Digital Prototyping Experts and a leader in implementing Autodesk Manufacturing Solutions, will be opening up their doors for an open house in their new office location. Their new office is located at 1321 Burlington Street, Suite E, North Kansas City, MO 64116.
Whether or not you are an Autodesk user or future Autodesk user, anyone in the manufacturing industry is encouraged to attend this grand event. This will be an opportunity for manufacturers and engineers to network with other manufacturers in the area, meet D3 management and Autodesk Executives, and enjoy great food and adult beverage.
D3 will also be hosting what they hope will be their “1st annual” Ultimate Inventor Warrior design contest. Each individual or company will compete on a 3-person team of their choice or team up that night with fellow users. A simple part will then be projected onscreen and each team will attempt to create that part exactly in Autodesk Inventor as quickly and accurately as they are able. The top 2 teams will face off to determine the winner. Each participant will receive a t-shirt, and the winning team members will receive a $250 gift card and $250 software training credit for their company. Winning team members will then face off against each other and will have the opportunity to compete for a chance to win a free pass to Autodesk University hosted in Las Vegas at a later date.
