Overall Rating Communication Professionalism Message: My only wish is that D3 would send out confirmation emails for scheduled calls. I talked to Matthew on Wed, and we had a phone call set for Thursday morning. I ended up having to start up a support chat because I didn't know when a Vault expert would be calling me. I understand not being able to tell me an exact time, but at least a confirmation email would have been nice.Both Matthew and Chancellor were fantastic! Easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable. D3 Response: The D3 IT dept, is constantly working to improve the training and support experience.
