This was a difficult issue that seems to be related to a base Autodesk software issue. What we really did was create a work around, and that is acceptable. Autodesk is the entity that really needs to correct the problem and hasn't to date.we both think so, but neither of us are 100% sure.

D3 tech support is fine. It is Autodesk that needs acknowledge a bug when it is found.
We found a work around. I would consider this a bug that needs to be fixed.
