The technician's support was quick to find a solution, and very professional in the handling of the problem I was faced with.Very Quickly as well. One comment you might consider. Prior to our brief phone conversation to help resolve my problem, we first spoke on the phone and arranged for a more convenient time to handle the technical issue. I am uncertain if the first conversation was conducted on a cellular phone from the technician's end, but it may have been. I say that because it seems the audio on our first phone conversation was not the best. Echos were heard at my end and it made me think the call was performed on a cellular phone. There remains a higher quality value in land line phones and this would be one instance where it exists.
